TED 2014 proudly presents our Avant Scene Project right here at ITE College West. 

Imagine and undertake a concept restaurant catering up to 25 clients within the restaurant for lunch and dinner service, fully operated by students pursuing in Technical Diploma in Culinary Arts with Restaurant Management from Institute of Technical Education and in collaboration with Institut Paul Bocuse. 

Be prepared for a unique and phenomenal dining experience here with us at Chez West. From Entrée to Dessert, we will make sure that you will be astonished throughout the courses served to you as well as have a enjoyable dining experience. Expect fusion dishes as our main food concept is regarding Singapore's traditional cusine that are being fabricated and interpreted from our own modern concept.
